Substitution Policy

At Jaxson & Ivy, Llc we take pride in offering small -batch, handcrafted bath and body products. While we strive to keep all items in stock, the nature of our artisan production means availability may occasionally vary. 

In the event that a product you've ordered is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. Substitutions will always match the original product's purpose (e.g., soap for soap, lotion for lotion) and scent profile as closely as possible.

If a suitable substitution cannot be made, we will contact you directly to offer alternatives or issue a store credit.
